U. S. Trustee’s Office

The Office of the U.S. Trustee appoints interim case trustees in all petitions filed under Chapter 7. These trustees preside at the Section 341 meeting of creditors and a representative of the US Trustee presides at the meeting in Chapter 11 cases. The meetings are held in the first floor of the Ochoa Building,San Juan, Puerto Rico. The US Trustee maintains custody of the audio tape recordings of these meetings. Standing Chapter 13 Trustees

Currently there are two Standing Chapter 13 trustees. Their offices are located at the Ochoa Building, 500 Tanca Street, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
