Notice of Hearing

All parties filing motions to lift stay under §362 electronically through the CM/ECF system, must bring the original Notice of Hearing (Summons) to the Clerk's Office for issuance.

The Notice of Hearing (Summons) needs to be completed by Court with the date and time of the hearing. The timely service of the Notice of Hearing (Summons) is the sole responsibility of the attorney filing the motion to lift stay under §362.

The attorney may verify all motions to lift stay under §362 filed by generating their transaction log under the utilities menu.
