IN THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF PUERTO RICO

GENERAL ORDER IT IS ORDERED that the Guidelines for Compensation and Expense Reimbursement of Professionals of March 16, 1995 shall be effective in all cases filed after April 1, 1995 and assigned to Judge Gerardo A. Carlo.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court prepare sufficient copies of the Guidelines for distribution to interested persons and that such copies be available at the office of the Clerk in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. The Clerk shall also give notice of this order to the U.S. Trustee and the President of the Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Bar Association.
