GENERAL ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that the Guidelines for Confirmation of Plans in Chapter 13 Cases shall be effective for cases assigned to Judge Gerardo A Carlo with 341 meetings noticed for December 14, 1995 and thereafter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall prepare sufficient copies of the Guidelines for distribution to interested persons and such copies shall be available at the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. The Chapter 13 trustee shall include a copy of the Guidelines with all notices for the meeting of creditors that are sent to creditors.

The Clerk shall give notice of this order to the Chapter 13 Trustee, the United States Trustee and the President of the Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Bar Association.

SO ORDERED.
