ORDER AND NOTICE TO PRACTITIONERS The General Order number 96-01 entered by Chief Judge Enrique S. Lamoutte on January 8, 1996, that establishes procedures related to Motions for Relief of Stay under 11 USC §362, is hereby applied to all cases assigned and on my calendar. IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court post this Order on the Court's Bulletin Board, inform the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Bar Association of this Order, and make copies available to each person filing a motion to lift stay in cases under my responsibility.
