IT IS ORDERED that, effective immediately, all requests for court costs by Chapter 7 trustees shall be by motion. The Clerk will docket the motion and prepare the memorandum of costs. The Clerk shall docket the memorandum of costs and notify it to the Chapter 7 trustee and the U.S. Trustee within ten days of the Chapter 7 trustee's request.

The Clerk shall give notice of this order to the U.S. Trustee and all Chapter 7 trustees.
