(a) The first application seeking compensation shall also attach a copy of the order the appointment of the applicant and, if appropriate, a copy of the attorney's Bankruptcy Rule 2016 (b) statement and setting forth the date of previous applications. (b) Supplements of amendments to applications for compensation shall be underlined to identify added or changed information. (c) The application shall be filed at least 30 days prior to date of hearing. (d) The Clerk shall set for hearing all applications for compensation for the last Friday of each month, unless otherwise directed by the Court. The movant shall give notice of the motion and hearing to all parties in interest.
Whenever a claim is transferred pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3001 (e) (2), the request for assignment must also be accompanied by a stamped copy of the Proof of Claim to be assigned.
Chapter 13 Claims shall be filed in original and one
(1) copy. Both copies shall bear identical exhibits and
specify whether it is secured, priority or general
unsecured. |
